Wonderful experience, worth every penny. Trang, our teacher, made sure we enjoyed every minute – she was great in involving our 2 teeneagers who absolutely loved the whole day. She turned the cooking into a competition between kids and parents and the kids won! And she was very patient at answering all our questions, in excellent English.
It was not only a fun experience but we learnt so much about Vietnamese cuisine. We started the afternoon at the market and had a chance to taste things We wouldn’t notice on our own.
The cooking itself was perfectly organised and smooth. It was easy enough for everybody to manage but very interesting at the same time. The venue of the class is really beautiful and it made the experience extra special.
Before the class I hesitated as there are many classes in Hanoi which are much cheaper but would definitely decide for Thom Culinary again.
